clean roomsaggressive bangingegregious behaviour
the rooms were clean, and the location was acceptable (it was near some places i wanted to visit).
I found an issue with my bar tab and i tried to straighten it out several times before paying at the front desk. later at night, an employee banged aggressively on my door, waking me up to say the tab was wrong. they didn't bring a card reader and wanted me to walk to the front desk. This was egregious behaviour especially after i had tried to make sure the check was right.
